Membership Benefits and Requirements

 

To become a FAME Member, a student will meet following requirements:
• Be currently enrolled at UCSB, taking a minimum of 6 units
• Have a Grade Point Average of at least 2.8 undergraduate, 3.0 graduate
• Be able to participate in at least fifty percent of FAME activities
• Pay non-refundable Membership fees, typically ranging from $5-$10, which can vary per quarter.
* Any of the requirements listed above could be ignored by FAME Officers if the candidate shows burning desire to become a FAME Member and is seen as someone who will eventually benefit the Organization.
